I am leaving my full-time job in Suzhou and the training co says they will terminate my Resident Permit one month after my last day. Somewhat standard, I suppose, but can they do this w/out my going with them?
The point is I will be on vacation in Laos or thereabouts when they propose to cancel the Permit. I am trying to get them to let the Permit run on (at least until I return from vacation.)
On another point, does anyone have suggestions on specific travel agents in Hong Kong for Business visas? I hold a Canadian passport.
