|
|
Hello everybody,
I'm leaving for C.R this week and will be taking the TEFL course in Manuel Antonio. Since I'll have a couple of free time before the course starts, I'd like to travel around. However, I don't want to carry my laptop and both of my suitcases with me everywhere.
Does anybody have any ideas on how I could safely store my luggage and electronics while I'm backpacking around?
Thanks. |

Well, I'm here.
FWIW, apparently it's quite common for hostels to offer to keep luggage while one goes off on sightseeing trips. Where I'm staying here in San Jose, it's $1/day per piece. I imagine it's pretty much like that anywhere. |

Yeah, just don't let anyone know that you've got a laptop in your bag.And some hostels are less reliable than others. |

Be sure you save all the important stuff you have on a flashdrive that you keep well secured, just in case. Don't leave anything on your computer that is personal, and be sure it's password protected. That way, if your computer is stolen (a possibility always in CR--take it from one who knows!) you won't lose any sleep over it. |
