There is extensive discussion in earlier threads about this course. You could try to run a search for 'Oxford.'
The bottom line is that, depending on where you want to go, courses like this one that do not offer hands-on teaching practice with real students (not peer teachers) are considered substandard by many reputable employers.
If possible, it's always better to take an on-site course in the country where you want to start teaching. There are many benefits - you get a chance to get your feet wet in a country/culture while you still have a support system (training centres usually arrange housing, airport pickup, and orientation). The training centres can give you invaluable information about reputable employers, and contacts. Your practice teaching students will be representative of the ones you'll be working with when you start, and local contacts can be invaluable when you have to arrange for your own housing after the course.
Finally, you can be certain that your certification will be recognized by employers in the region. |

I think you might be confusing Oxford TEFL with Oxford Seminars. |

Ah, that's quite possible!
So, if the course is onsite and does include real teaching practice, it's probably a good basic cert. |
