Has anyone gone through ESL in China for a job? If so, how was your experience?

Why limit yourself

You should ask questions to the recruiter like have you been dealing with this school etc before. A recruiter is just that and they could be placing you with someone who they have had no past experiance with.

Look at the contract and see if it is one big joke or not. Is the contract backed up by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts and is it an original copy.

There are many jobs out there so apply for what interests you and see what they offer.

I think what the original poster was referring to was EFL and not ESL!

I, too, have on occasion, corrected people over the misuse of the acronym, ESL. But, in this case, he's referring to the name of an organization - ESL In China (EIC) - www.eslinchina.org .

Yes I'm pedantic, but checking your thread title for errors before pressing the submit button isn't a bad idea.

I did forget to check for any mistakes before I submitted the post and I am sorry for that. I am referring to the recruiting firm eslinchina.org/eslinchina.org.

Anda: When I access the above website, my McAfee Site Advisor glows red, which implies the site is unsafe (i.e., contains spyware, spam, viruses, or is an online scam).

Since adding McAfee Site Advisor to my computer, I rarely encounter this warning, so I have reason to believe there MAY be merit to the warning.

Have you, or anyone else on the forum, had problems with this website?

Thank you!
