				| If anyone has had any experience dealing with Global Recruiters or Dhakiyah Modern Academy in the UAE, I would appreciate hearing about it. Thanks. | |

				| I would never use a recruiter in the UAE. Go directly to the schools to apply. Using a recruiter there merely means that they are skimming off part of the salary that you would get in a direct hire.

Could you suggest any colleges or good private institutes in the UAE that employ qualified but non native speakers of English?

It would be a great help

 Thank you

				| If you had a masters you might see if Al Ghurair University in Dubai was hiring. | |

				| Depends on how qualified you are and how fluent you are. There are non-native speakers at UAEU UGRU for example, mostly North African but also e.g. Chinese. Need tertiary experience and a relevant Masters. There are also non-native speakers in private schools teaching EFL/ESL/EAL.
If I think back a lot of the best language teachers I have had weren't native speakers. Bilingual teachers/people who have learnt the target language are often the best, and are in fact the norm world wide. Can't say I have ever been taught by a person who was neither a native speaker of English nor of the target language, though.

				| HCT also has a few EFL teachers who are non-native speakers. They are few and far between and most often to be found in the first year programs. | |
