Now the Thai police have a new manhunt going on. Again, it is another Canadian English teacher of children. Do you know this guy (article includes a hazy photo of him)?

http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2007/11/01/mader-search.html

On Wednesday, [Thai] police said they may begin making background checks on foreign teachers after a string of recent arrests, Canadian Press reported.

"It shouldn't be enough to wear white shirts and have a university degree. We need to know their background," said police Col. Apichart Suribunya, head of Thailand's liaison office for Interpol.
