I was just at INAMI for a prorroga on my visa and found that they've changed the procedures for the pago de derechos. In the past I had to take three copies of a SAT-5 form to the bank, make payment, and bring stamped copies back to INAMI. Now, I had to get a different form directly from migracion (just one copy). I still made the payment in a bank, but they gave me a printed receipt. Migracion then asked for three copies of the reciept.

This was at the Oaxaca office. Just thought I'd share in case it saves someone the time of running around to papelerias looking for SAT-5 forms, as I had already done. But, then again, maybe this is just a Oaxaca thing.[/i]
