The Orange County Weekly has a regular columnist, a rather humorous Mexican, who answers questions he receives from gringos. It's a light-hearted read now also in book form . He is currently running a contest for a copy of the book. See the bottom of the linked page.

"Got a spicy question about Mexicans? Ask the Mexican at [email protected]. Questions will be edited for clarity, cabrones. And for those of you who do submit a question: use a hilarious pseudonym, or the Mexican will make one up for you!"

This column was published in the Dallas News last Christmas Season.

I ran into this guy's column some time ago. Sometimes he is funny but sometimes he is just plain racist. (He makes some really nasty comments about "gabachos" and Guatemalans in the name of "humor" and defending his political opinions) Also, he does not speak for all Mexicans... in fact, a more accurate title for his column would be "Ask a Mexican-American." Had a class of my students read through his columns once and they disagreed with a lot of what he said (agreed with a lot too but definitely not unanimous).

He's published in a number of newspapers but there is no one web site for his column. The Seattle Weekly has the best organization of his past columns.
