Good day
I am a South African teaching in SA just returned from UK. (I was teaching there)
I want to get info on teaching in Dubai. Like; how are the schools compared to the UK (discipline), accommodation, and transport? And if there is anything that I should be careful of before applying. What country in the East?
Will I be able to go for a few years and safe sum money? I saved about 700 pound a month in the UK.
If there are people willing to answer my question I will appreciate it. |

It seems you were not paying your POLL TAX with the above saving!
Of course, schools in UK are more disciplined, and the work is more demanding. I guess, working with schools in the ME, will be more relaxed, more holidays, and probably more pocket money! But professionally you will loose with time.
If you can save 700 /month in UK, then I think your target in the ME should be at least 2 times the UK one if you are lucky!
BTW, Uncle Brown of UK wants to sack 17000 school teachers because he said that they are failing the pupils and are poor and sub-standards!!!! Do you agree? |
