Would like to take a speed boat up the mekong from saigon to phnom penh next June. Any advice? Recommended companies or companies to avoid? Also heard that this may not be the best time to take this jaunt as it is very rainy. I have no choice as this is when I have summer vacation so I guess I'll just bring a raincoat, rainshoes, and an umbrella, ha.
