Despite its (Google Earth�s) many advantages, I prefer Wikimapia (www.wikimapia.org) to Google Earth.
Wikimapia's more straight-forward and comes without the myriad features that make matters less user-friendly, though ironically, those very features were supposedly intended to make the experience more user-friendly in Google Earth.
However, because of its multi-lingual feature, most prominent places in the Middle-east are marked by users in Arabic in Wikimapia.
May I request resident English speakers (of all nationalities) of various places in the ME to kindly add tags in English?
