Hi, This school is also called St. Laurensia, in Serpong near Tangerang.
They are advertising for 2008 ESL teachers but though they state what the salary is "from", they don't give any idea what it might be "to".
I searched the archives but this doesn't work very well and the discussions seemed to be locked. What is the real situatio with this school? Looked like there were conflicting opinions.

that's a heck of a lot of teachers gffgold ! 
Sorry...on a serious note from the website http://www.santa-laurensia.com/en/aboutst.asp it looks really nice..but then never judge a school by it's website..if the salary says 'from' it usually means you will very likely get the 'from' salary not the 'to' salary (unless you are particularly well qualified)..the reason of 'probationary period' will possibly given. However, you usually have some negotiating power when completing a first year and beginning a second year contract..someone must have some first hand experience with them though..
