Not sure, but ask around for a place called "big Bird" they are a large size shop catrering to the big of frame:)
Big bird is also a play on "little bird" a chinese word for 'pecker' a co worker should be able to help there, as they will have a telephone number.

Big Bird? Is that the same as "Pants Kingdom?" They have outlets everywhere. Their slogan is "even the biggest of birds can fit in our pants". It's written in English on the front of their buildings, along with a picture of an owl coming out of a man's pair of pants.

Thats the one, didnt know its name was Pants Kingdom. Come to think of it I now remember the PK logo on the label.

ACtually more choice, in most cities there are oversized shops catering for over 18's, sorry couldnt tell if you were female or male.
Ask any of the female collogues about the names. they are sure to know.
