Sorry to be cynical / negative / whatever but this is probably the most common honest answer you'll get on this or any forum.
Everything depends on you as an individual and your circumstances. The best country to teach in? It depends.
How much should I be paid? It depends
How do I deal with student X? It depends
Advice here can only be general and you have to decide if it is appropriate for you. I've been teaching for 11/12 years but I'm still learning from my experiences. You'll need to do the same and accept that there is no 100% right answer or wrong answer.
