Hi! I am a teacher recently retired from the public school system in Canada. I am considering trying to teach in CR. I would like to come down for 3 months or so to escape our harsh winters. I have heard that it is possible to teach ESL at university if you have a B. ED and some experience. Is this true and how would one go about it? What about private language schools? Also what are my chances if I don't want to teach in San Jose? Thanks. |

You might want to contact my boss at ULACIT, Johnny Rodriguez:
[email protected]
He is in the process of hiring teachers for January right now.
Also, check out ULACIT's webpage, if you can read Spanish:
