Can anyone tell me when the subtitled soaps are on TV? I find them both amusing and a little useful.
Also, are there ever Premiership football highlights? (normal channels only)
Thanks in advance to any telly addicts who can help me out here. |

Polish subtitles should be available on TVP Polonia, you can find there at least "Klan" when it comes to soap operas (I am currently in China, so I am not so up-to-date...)
When it comes to Premiership, it may be hard if you don't have cable TV - I know there are matches on Canal +, but public channels...I have no idea, sorry . |

Hi
Check out www.uknova.com. There's quite a good selection of recent UK tv shows for free download (including 'Football Focus': just search for 'Football').
www.stage6.com also has lots of English-language stuff for download, especially UK comedy.
Does anyone know of other good websites for UK tv downloads?

I use tv-links aplenty, or Youtube if you really want it urgently (Sunday's TopGear was on Youtube within 12hours) |

4 on Demand is pretty good, on Channel4.com. Free stuff and legal. |

Try http://livefooty.doctor-serv.com/ for the football. Use Sopcast and, although the picture is not as good as TV, it's good enough. I only found out about this about a week ago and last Sunday saw Man Utd v Liverpool plus Chelsea v Arsenal. |

Thanks for the UKnova tip, folks. I'm just about to settle down to watch the Extras Christmas special. There's a frightening amount of stuff I want to watch on there. It's going to need some serious willpower to get on with work. And as for Match of the Day every week... |

uknova.com is pretty good.
Best IMO is http://www.tvcatchup.com/ - select what you want to record and watch it later (free and legal apparently).
For football try http://www.fsicrew.info. |

Check out TV Polonia the "Milosz" series and "Klan" are shown in the evening, and a rerun the next morning. |
