Business English class rates range from 100 to 200, with 150 a common number to hear. Higher is possible but not very common.
Private students - let's say one-to-one - can command between 150 and 250. You could form groups at companies and get up to 500 an hour, if you charge per student, but that might be pushing it. Realistic is to stay in the 150 to 250 band.
