Does anyone have the latest gossip on Dilko? Are they paying on time? Doing work permits for anyone? General stuff like that?

Heard through the grape vine that a teacher went balistic recently. Held the other teachers at gunpoint in the teachers' room and wouldn't let them leave.

They all resigned the next day.

Let me make this clear, this was gossip from other teachers. I have no idea how true this is. However, I would like to find out. Smile

I did hear that there was some ex-commando type working there and that he had brought a gun to school in the past, and hadn't been fired. Bet that was him. That was an interesting extra tidbit, though not exactly what I was lookng for Shocked

I have to admit, I'm hearing that all the urban legends about schools getting work permits lately seem to be unravelling, the deeper that I dig into them... Though I haven't heard back about Dilko on this subject.

How disappointing. Maybe I'm better off part-time without benefits. Makes ya think....
