I've been reading these boards for several weeks but I don't think I've come across this question. I'm doing as much research as I can before taking that final leap and it appears to me that all the job posting are only 2 or 3 months in advance. I'm ok with that as I'm not looking to leave until around June, but is that normal? If I want to leave in June does that mean I should be looking to apply around April?
