I checked thier websites out and they seem pretty reputable. Anybody here works or worked for them. I sent my CV and resume out to both schools.

The Smith seems like a good choice for me cause although I only have my A.S Degree and Teacher Certifacation they can still work with me on getting my visa. Any thoughts or opinions.

Don't know about H but S's has received a heckuva lot of bad press. VERY bad! Personally and professionally, I'd advise you to steer clear of them.

Thanks for the info guys. Gee, talk about your scammers. He still has his site up saying he's the best school. Well, anybody have any other reccomendations, I have my TEFL Certifacation but an A.S Degree, and I really want to go to Japan.

My advice is...

finish your BA\BS degree. You can't get a work visa without it unless you have 3 or more years of teaching experience.
The market in Japan is bloated with teachers. You need all the edge you can get, and a vanilla bachelor's degree doesn't even set you apart, but at least you're eligible for a work visa, unlike right now.
