Hey all,
I've been reading through lots of your posts and I got to thinking...
I lived in Peru during the summer of '04. When I was there I lived in this great hostel just minutes away from the center city of Cusco. It's name is or has something to do with Albergue San Juan de Dios. It is located in a fine part of the city, off of a major street from which you can hail a taxi. It included a personally prepared egg breakfast and homemade bread and juice.
Why am I posting this? All of the profits from the albergue go straight to the children's hospital on the premise. If you dont mind being a taxi ride away from the city center then check this place out - http://www.hostalsanjuandedios.com/ .
