Hi

I have an interview at Berlitz in Osaka in a few days. Can anyone give me an idea of what to expect?

When I went to Berlitz interview a few years ago I was in a group of 5 or 6 people. Richard Sterling sat at the head of the table rambling on about the company and casting a critical and no doubt expert eye over us to check that nobody had 2 heads etc. You are asked to fill out some forms including your preferred choices of working location. The next step, if you pass the Mr Sterling's rigorous physical exam is a one to one interview with an 'instructional supervisor' at the Learning Center (LC) you will work at. If you tell him what s/he wants to hear then you're home free...oh no you're not - then have to work for Berlitz eek!

The most memorable thing I remember from the inital interview with old Sterly chops was the hideous university ring on the finger of a texas graduate. Man, those things are so vulgar.
