Are there any books you can recommend that would be full of activities to teach. Perhaps even a basic syllabus that can help give me ideas for topics and activities in the classroom. Im trying to think of books to bring with me just in case the school has little in the way of material or expects me to teach whatever I like.

You might want to mention the age and nationality of the students. |

I would recommend a couple of titles:
Five Minute Activities by Penny Ur and Andrew Wright
and
Humanising Your Coursebook by Mario Rinvolucri
These two book contain a wealth of creative teaching ideas.
You can order both of these books here. |

Unless you have a lot of extra space in your luggage, I have the question why you would want to carry EFL books. These same activities and even syllabus can be found online. The same space could be used for personal reading material which is often hard to come by overseas. |
