If there are any TEFL teachers with a science background, or better still, science teachers with some EFL experience, then check out www.fleming.edu.pe

You've probably heard of Fleming if you have spent any time on this message board. We are a friendly school with active and engaged students (and some of them are engaging too!). The school is in Trujillo, north Peru, out of the smog of Lima.

We need a science teacher for this year: 15 hours a week Chemistry, possibly some Junior Achievement/Youth Enterprise work, possibly some leadership responsibilities. The teaching post is the minimum, the rest will depend on what you offer.

If you want more information about the school, check out the website. If you want to know what it's like to teach here then contact myself or lunachick. If you want more information about the post, contact Alan Nocker, the Head, via the website.

This is a great opportunity. Don't let it slide by, remember your new year resolutions, I bet one was something about siezing the day and all that... Following through on resolutions like that is far more fun than quitting drinking or joining the gym...

Yep, we found someone locally after no interest from native speakers. Two weeks now before the kids come back and my classroom doesn't have a floor or windows! More excuse to take them outside to play.
