Since this is my first ESL inteview, I am wondering what kind of questions I should be prepared for....

If you don't have teaching experience, you may have to explain how your other work/university experience can be applied to teaching. They may give you a hypothetical situation and ask how you would deal with it--for example, how you would teach a certain grammar point or deal with a specific classroom management issue. They may also ask you why you are interested in that particular country and how well you think you would adapt.
