I'm having an interview to become an IELTS examiner this Friday. Any tips or suggestions you have are greatly appreciated.

Be serious.

Be professional.

Be an experienced teacher with at least a couple of years under your belt, preferably some experience teaching Cambridge exams, and a bit of evaluation experience can't hurt.

But mostly, show yourself to be a serious professional- someone who'll take Cambridge seriously, meet standards, maintains security, etc.
