I hope someone can help me with the following questions.

I need to get my degree and transcript apostilled. I understand that I need to either get a UK notary public or solicitor to sign it before it can be apostilled. Another option is to get the Birtish council to authorise it. Does anyone know if they offer this service in D.F , and if yes, how much it costs?

If they don't do it, do you have any advice on how I could do it quickly? It seems an expensive and time consuming process, especially as I'm here in Mexico.
