Hi, I'm seeking information about Santis. Any information will be appreciated especially their organizational structure. Doesn't have to be anything confidential but I need this information for my research/final project in college. No shady stuff, don't worry

Seriously bad place. Also Dangerous. They will come to your apartment unannounced and hassle you, and will interfere with your classes. Watch your back!

Speaking of teaching - you will work insane hours, and have little time. I kid thee not. Worst place. I wish ESLCafe would blacklist it.

They like people to think that they have an inside deal on "keeping you in the country" because they have your papers, locked inside a safe in the main school (I taught at the new school). But the truth is, they are bluffing, and their scattered posts across internet (e.g., http://www.aacircle.com.au/forums/f2/stay-away-santis-ulaanbaatar-5927/ ) try to make people think that once they are in Mongolia, it is bad. Like Santis has trapped you. Uh, not! It is not. It is a beautiful country, and the people are wonderful (outside of a few heavy drinkers... but that is another story). If you quit them so what, one of my teacher friends there (also female) quit 2 years ago and was living happily there without any hassle.

They pay you late, and lie to you. WORSE place I ever taught! Apartment is right out of 1930s Russian era, so filthy that the cab driver who helped me get my stuff in there (not Santis) couldn't believe how dirty it was!

ESL is great in Mongolia, but Santis - a rip off! Stay away!
