Presumably you are asking about Northern Cyprus.
There are 5 universities in N.Cyprus, all offering Foundation Programmes in English, and hence needing teachers.
The biggest is Eastern Mediterranean University <www.emu.edu.tr>
Near East University <www.neu.edu.tr>
European University of Lefke <www.lefke.edu.tr>
International Cyprus University <www.ciu.edu.tr>
Girne American University <www.gau.edu.tr>
