They're a small(er) chain school in Germany. Has anyone heard anything about them? ...or dare I ask, work for them?

I work for them in Berlin. The pay is not bad but I am having trouble getting enough classes from them... You also have to go through one of their weekend-long training sessions before they will let you teach for them.
