Hi, anyone have any idea how to find out THE way to calculate NHI deduction? My employer tends to dance around with her figures. |

There are formulas but your employer may not be using them strictly. Since the employer pays a percentage of the salary they report to the government they may under-report your salary. This may lower what both of you pay.
I believe the figures are: insurance is 4.55% of your salary you'll pay 30% of it. If you're earning 64,000NT your share of the insurance will be 874NT. It won't be exact because there's a small rounding up factor involved. If you have dependents it'll be more.
