Hi

Your post is very vague. If you ask a specific question(s) more people will be inclined to help Smile .

What do you want to know? What's it like to live there in terms of night life? Which companies have schools there? Are they recruiting? Is it expensive? Please a bit more help.

Living in Vung Tau is easy and very nice. The locals are ok, if not friendly. A new department store opened up recently and it has a good quality supermarket inside and it's directly across the street from ILA. If you're looking for work, there is ILA, Clever Learn and a few other outlets as well. If you're experienced, you might ask around at the oil companies.
