1) Is it bad to cancel a NET interview?
2) If I don't pass the interview this year, can I re-apply next year?
3) If I get an offer, can I decline it?

re: #3 : yes, one can always decline a school's offer.
One can also put the application "on hold" for a year after having successfully passed interview stages. |
