Anyone know if it's possible to get a new work visa and KITAS after a former employer has cancelled one?
I had a KITAS cancelled a few years back, and I was definitely in the wrong, but I'm really keen to work in Indo again.
Has anyone had experience with this, or know if I'm likely to encounter any problems?
Thanks in advance. |

If the visa and KITAS have been cancelled it won't cause problems. You only have a problem when you want to change jobs within the same year and the original permit is still showing as live.
If there were subsidiary issues, like leaving behind a big credit card bill etc then that is a different matter. |

Cheers Malu.
I do have some outstanding debts there.
Anyone know if I would be able to get a new KITAS without resolving them first?
Any first hand experience would be greatly appreciated, as I'd really like to handle any problems myself without involving my new employer. |
