| After looking at supplements and vitamin costs here in HK I realized I need to find an online site that is secure and has good prices (after shipping ) on protein and vitmamins like CO Q 10 and Chlorella. If anyone deals with any good sites online please let me know! Many thanks. |

Good question... I just paid $88 for 100 tabs/500mg Vit C during a "sale" at Watson's. ouch!

| I should be moving to HK in the summer from the UK and was trying to think of a few things I should take with me, is vitamins one thing I should take then? as they are cheap here. |
