I got job offerings from the Inst of Public Adm ( IPA ), Prince Mohammad Univ (PMU ) and University of Hail ( UOH ), BELL.

My conditions are: I am married, with a step son. He is in 10 th grade.
Which one would be a good choice with those conditions. He needs an american curriculum school . Thank very much.

Have any of those employers said that they will pay tuition reimbursement for your adopted son? With the costs of these schools, that would be the one to choose.

Find out if they'll pay for your stepson first. And remember that it is quite likely he will not count as your family.

PMU has the great advantage of being just over the causeway from Bahrain. If you haven't been in the ME before, it might be an easier place for your family to adapt to. The Eastern Region in general is considered to be much more liberal than the other places you have mentioned. Women don't have to cover their hair, and there is a more tolerant attitude in general. Just being able to go over to the relatively normal atmosphere in Bahrain for a day of shopping and a movie can reduce some of the stress or boredom that your family might experience.

Yes, exactly. That's how Bahrain is different from Saudi. The rest is same.

For women, the difference is in not having to wear an abaya. I suppose that for men, part of the difference is seeing women not wearing abayas. I also think that Bahrain is more interesting in a visual sense. The architecture is certainly an improvement over KSA's Eastern Province. Bahrain is also a lot greener, and there are museums and archaeolgical sites to visit.
