You have at least three years of teaching experience.
What is your current monthly salary, including allowances? |

| I know this poll isn't exact because it doesn't take vacation time, semester breaks, working conditions, or other things into account. However, it is anonymous. Your user name is not recorded when you answer a poll. It's the time of year when people are looking for jobs, and salaries in Oman have undergone some changes due to the general level of inflation, lack of available housing in some areas, rise in the prices of consumer goods, and plummeting of the dollar. Folks are leaving in droves because that money they used to send home is now only worth half as much. It'd be nice if more people particpated in the poll so that we can all know what the average current salaries are. I've been hearing that they are about 1100 for a BA and 1300 for an MA without housing provided, or about 900/1100 plus an apartment. Average annual leave seems to be about 45 days. Any comments? |
