Hey,

Can you recommend any vietnamese networks? I'm going to buy a pay- as -you- go sim for my phone is there any particular company that stand out amongst the rest? But only for pay-as-you-go. If you have any info on costs per text message and min to land-line that would be greatly appreciated...

Is it easy to receive calls from abroad on your vietnamese mobile/cell numbers?
