| Thanks for a prompt reply vs,no i mean end of service indemnity (the 15 days salary) if it is stated in their contract. |

miski - reminds me of the day I sat in HR, Al Ghubby-in asking the same question - no, dear, we don't - we pay into P.I.S.S. (yes, moderators thats the correct acronym) and retire in 15 years
HOWEVER disGUST's contract gave it to me because it specifically stated such
BOTTOM LINE - read your contract
and if you weren't paid your ideminty prior to citizenship then visit a lawyer
