Hello all, I know I've posted a few of these types of posts but I want to get any background information I can before committing. I found this program on the job board listing here: http://www.eslcafe.com/jobs/china/index.cgi?read=18474. Which is the Will-Excel TESOL Program or this URL to the direct link to their website: http://www.eslcafe.com/jobs/china/index.cgi?read=18474.

Has anyone ever gone through this program before? Their website looks a little outdated and non professional looking but I am interested in trying out their program. Any comments regarding them is appreciated, thanks!

Hi Evan,

I took their course last year and was very pleased with the training and professional attitude of their trainers and staff. Theyre course is great for those with no to little experience or other credentials, as well as those interested in moving on to other more prestigious international universities throughout China or Asia. After the first three months of the work term I was making 5500 RMB a month. Once I finished the work term and graduated, I moved down here to Beijing where Im making 9,000 a month + other perks (housing, meals, transportation reimbursement, etc).

In fact, I was so pleased with their training, and the ease with which I was able to find a great job here in Beijing after I graduated that Im thinking of going back and doing their Master of TESOL course. I know that the best paying jobs here in China require an MA. Im also interested in going to Japan, and though I dont have a four-year degree, a Masters with sufficient experience is considered in lieu of a BA from what I hear.

No way that I can prove that I am or am not. Sorry.

I was employed by them awhile back while I was doing the program, but have since moved on.

I found another post by a different person simply by searching for "Will Excel". There's another testimonial in there at the bottom.

Otherwise, how could I prove that I do not work for them? By saying a bunch of bad things? I could do that, but then I'd be lying.

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the course. I only wish that the Chinese government gave us more holidays, or that the weekends weren't the busiest time for us to work. I suppose I go to a public school and get all those "perks", but the pay wold be lower and I wouldn't have a TESOL Diploma.
