How often is the highway foggy between AD and Dubai? (ie. how many foggy driving days in a year can one reckon on? I couldn't open the newspaper link given awhile ago (March) regarding the 200+ pile-up. Where exactly did this happen?

Fog is quite common in the early morning and late night from October on to about April or so. The big pile-up happened between Dubai and Abu Dhabi (Ghantoot precisely) after Shahama on the way to Dubai. Sad thing is fog does not slow down drivers here at all...
