Not a question of missing - I'm still stateside, trying to get my papers in order (apostillising) and getting advice on how- see other posts on the subject, mine and others - and getting so far generalized warnings on the occasional outrageousness of Mexican bureaucracy (not that its anybody's favorite department anywhere - popularity only contested by human resources).
So I'm asking a more specific question regarding a custom I've read about a little bit elsewhere in these posts, but never in full, instructional detail.
And since you're all using pseudonyms anyway...... |
