Can anyone offer any feedback on university jobs in Izmir? It seems the only one that's been mentioned here is the Economics University, and even that information isn't very current. Would appreciate any comments. |

Ege is (academically) better than Dokuz Eylul but I know no teachers there currently so have no information to offer as regards work there.
I know a couple of English teachers at Dokuz Eylul who seem happy there. The pay is not good but the work schedule allows time to teach privately to boost one's income. The holidays are extremely generous - ample paid leave.
There are also also Yasar University and the Yuksek Teknoloji Institute. No information to offer. |
