Does anyone know anything about this university? I looked it up but can't find the depth of info I want. How are they as employers? I found some strange information on one site which indicated 50 students per class and they sit in the room all day whilst the teachers move around them. OK, I can fit in with any system but 50 in a writing or 'conversation' class???!
Cost of living if one had free accom? Any social life available? I visited Lushan in Henan Province on a research trip many years ago and wasn't too impressed but times have changed. I never buy 'foreign' food wherever I live so local diet is going to be fine for me. I also don't bother about 5 star hotels or expat bars but I do want a gym. Just bog standard with weights. I go to the same one as the locals here in Bulgaria and it suits me. I'd definitely like a bit of social life. Going stir-crazy right now living in a Bulgarian village.
Appreciate any help. |

50 is the standard class-size for China - oral, reading, writing, 'rithmetic
some places have smaller classes for oral but not many, and some have bigger classes |

Of all the schools I have taught in, for the past 50 years, 50 students is not the norm. usually 30-4-
