Like most of Europe, you have to be there to find jobs (generally speaking). It's rare to find a job from abroad.

Are you abroad? Shocked It's not entirely clear from your post.

Summer schools don't eat anything up - it's impossible to eat anything off an empty plate. In virtually all of Europe, Summer (mid-June to mid-September) means that people do anything but study. Mid August is the time to job hunt.So you won't find anything now for Valencia as it's the close to the end of the academic year.

Spiral is correct: Spanish language centres will rarely if ever offer work to someone unseen from abroad. As it's a desirable place to live/work they usually have lots of candidates already on the ground so why risk someone you haven't met and who may not show up in the end?

Well it just seemed a bit strange as there are some jobs around for Barca, Madrid etc...I guess those cities are much bigger though...
