8000-10000 yen?

Unless your plane is late, you will probably have enough time to take the train to Shinagawa Station and transfer, although that might be a little tight if you checked baggage. Google the Haneda train info.

Cool thanks. So a ride in from Narita would be pushing 20k? Snap.

At least 20,000 for a taxi from Narita- it's over an hour by train so probably closer to 30,000, especially with late night charges added.

Yeah it would be a bloody fortune-you might as well fly from Haneda to Shibuya!

If you can catch the 11:49 train then you're good. Any later and youd have to wait till next morning. Go to this site and punch in your details and it will tell you how to get there:

sorry this is a few weeks after the original post, but anyways,...

Did a search on navitime.co.jp (a good web site for plotting routes by road, but in Japanese only) & from Haneda airport to Shibuya station shows a taxi ride would be Y6,380 yen & take 27 minutes. I think that is a conservative estimate, though. Allow more time & money than that, though.
