I was at Iseiya last night and noticed that they had blocked up the upstairs area of the restaurant. anyone know if they are closing the restaurant or making it smaller? going out of buisness?

sittiing in Iseiya druing a nice September saturday afternoon, watching the leaves turn color in Inokashira koen, while drinking cold Sapporo and chatting over gyoza, yakitori and shumai is the best!
