Can anyone who knows about working for Dipont give me some information? I have heard different things about this organisation not all of them favourable. I have heard that the pay is good but the hours and conditions are not ideal in all branches. Is Nanjing a good branch to work in? Many thanks.

I'm not entirely surprised they would be recruiting, as rumor has it that both students and teachers have been departing the Nanjing branch in some numbers. Something to do with management upheaval. Any knowledge I would have of this would be second-hand. Take them up on any job offers, and you may just be able to supply us with the first-hand scoop.

I don't know about a scoop but I have heard from other sources that many or all of the managers have not had their contracts renewed. I have also learnt that the leader(self described as a "power freak" in one meeting apparently) is very much hands on . The staff turnover is high and morale is low.
There are lots of jobs in China.Altogether this is seems like a place to be avoided.
