I know Brunei is out as retirement age there is about 53. Do any other Asian countries have age restrictions? We seemed to be stalled in our search despite teaching experience and Celta. Any suggestions as to which schools might accept me at 57 and husband at 62? Thanks so much |

Dear vickirohn,
Well, there's always Saudi Arabia - it IS in Asia, after all.

My parents have friends in their mid 60s who are going to China next month. Other than that I'm not sure. I'm 35 and I feel too old for some countries. |

vickirohn,
What degrees do you and your husband hold? Just to say "teaching experience" doesn't really define your qualifications. I write this because in Japan, where I live, you will need a bachelor's degree to get a work visa.
Also, what kind of teaching are you two interested in? Eikaiwa? High school? University? Etc.? |
