i just wanted to add a quick posting to all of you....while i have been out of the esl business for 11 months now i have greatly enjoyed getting to read the postings here and give advice/thoughts (hopefully helpful).... especially being away from china, getting to discuss options and thoughts about going to china, living there and/or leaving china have been wonderful experiences that have helped me to stay level when dealing with some stressful situations recently... thank you all so much... think of the wonderful things you are accomplishing without realizing it.... did you know that one of your fellow posters would be thanking you for everything? how many other people do we each touch everyday without realizing... and now expand that... as teachers we touch even more people and usually at a deeper level... keep up the good work and good luck in everything

sorry, i forgot to add some specific thank you's.... to very informative and helpful people ..... arioch, i greatly enjoyed reading your responses.... paul g, roger, glenski you all have a lot of experience adn wonderful insights.... am sure that you have more grateful students and acquaintances than you realize... keep up the good work...
